ZUPER branding agency has developed an image-building booklet for the Magnum high-end residential house located in Khamovniki, a historic district of Moscow.

Magnum is a house for successful people who have achieved a high level in the profession and self-realization, free from stereotypes and conventionalities.

It was important for us to preserve the unique image of the house in the design of the booklet – conceptuality and exclusivity, to demonstrate its peculiar character, which is expressed through the dark stone, unusual texture, metal and glass in the architectural project. These features are continued in the format, texture and design principles of the booklet – outside-the-box spread layout solutions.

ZUPER has completed all the necessary work stages from developing a design concept, writing texts and selecting photos to preparing for production.
